The circuit board in the charging station generates and sends the signal through the boundary loop wire. If it is defective, the error message “No loop signal” will appear.

The circuit board can be affected by power surges, for example during thunderstorms, which may cause it to malfunction.

Do not forget to generate a new loop signal after replacing the circuit board in the charging station.
Follow these steps:
Menu → Security → Advanced → New loop signal.
